Rates for 2016-17

Minimum stay: 3 nights. Rates reflect length of stay, number of guests, season and cleaning needs. Holiday, minimum and non-minimum stay rates and 9% city and 1.8% state lodging taxes apply.

High Season ~ 1 May - 5 Nov

  • Standard Short-Term stay
    1-2 guests (use of queen bed only): $185
    2-4 guests (use of queen bed and sofabed): additional $15 per person per night with some exclusions for minor children

  • Extended Standard stay
    For full weeks added after standard stay of 7 nights:
    Week 2: $170/night (use of queen bed), additional $15 per night (with use of sofabed)
    Week 3: $155/night (use of queen bed), additional $15 per night (with use of sofabed)

  • Additional Flat Fee for Rental during the Holiday Periods of Memorial Day (Sun-Tues), 4th of July (July 3-5), or Labor Day (Sun-Tues)
    1-2 guests (use of queen bed only): $30
    2-4 guests (additional use of sofabed): $50

Low Season ~ 6 Nov - 30 Apr

  • Standard Short-Term stay
    1-2 guests (use of queen bed only): $165
    2-4 guests (use of queen bed and sofabed): additional $15 per person per night with some exclusions for minor children

  • Extended Standard stay
    For full weeks added after standard stay of 7 nights:
    Week 2: $155/night (use of queen bed), additional $15 per night (with use of sofabed)
    Week 3: $140/night (use of queen bed), additional $15 per night (with use of sofabed)
  • Additional Flat Fee for Rental during the Holiday Periods of Thanksgiving (Wed-Fri), Christmas (Dec 23-27), New Year’s (Dec 30-Jan 2), or Valentine’s Day (Feb 13-15) 
    1-2 guests (use of queen bed only): $30
    2-4 guests (additional use of sofabed): $50

Long-Term Rental

Minimum Stay: 1 month. Renter contract & fees required. Two occupant maximum. Holidays and number of occupants may affect fees. Rent includes bedding, towels, dishes, pots & pans, all utilities, cable, WiFi, washer & dryer, grounds upkeep and more. Refundable Fees: security $900, key $25, cleaning $250.

  • 1 May – 31 Oct 
    Standard: $2200 per month.
  • 1 Nov – 30 April
    Standard: $1500 per month.

Policies

Beau Soleil Vacation House is a shared, environmentally conscious, family-owned cottage. All guests are responsible for following the policies and guidelines of Beau Soleil Vacation House.

  • GENERAL GUEST POLICIES and GUIDELINES

Check-in and Key. Arrival: 3:00 pm. Emails concerning payments are your invoices and receipts. Useful hints and policies are posted inside the cottage. 

Check-out and Key. Departure: 11:00 am. All keys should be left on the kitchen table at departure. Guests leaving after 11:00 am are subject to extra charges of $25 an hour or an additional night’s lodging. 

Children and Pets. Infants and children of 12 or older are welcome to stay with their parents at Beau Soleil. Pets are NOT allowed at Beau Soleil. Local deer and raccoons are wild animals and should not be fed or approached.

Smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside Beau Soleil Vacation House under any circumstances and should not be used within 10 feet of any door or window in Ashland.

  • HOUSEKEEPING and FEES

Garbage and Recycling. There is no maid service at Beau Soleil. Guests are asked to attend to the reasonable and appropriate use and daily upkeep of the cottage and its equipment and services, including the check-out tasks of disposal of garbage and deposit of recycling in designated areas and leaving the cottage itself as tidy and clean as you found it on arrival. Housekeeping services can be arranged if requested prior to occupancy. We reserve the right to collect a cleaning or repair fee from occupants who do not leave the cottage in the clean, safe conditions requested. 

Cleaning and Maintenance. Rates at Beau Soleil are kept as low as possible and reflect the all-important collaboration of our guests in the care and upkeep of the cottage. Your cooperation is an essential component of the preservation of the quality of the amenities, safety, and beauty of the cottage and grounds for all our guests and affects our basic fee structure. Special attention should be paid to the fair use of carpeted areas: please remove your street shoes in the cottage and also avoid walking on the carpet with your bare feet or socks used without shoes outside the cottage.

  • The owners reserve the right to change the rates and policies of Beau Soleil Vacation House without prior notice or posting.
